GENERAL TERMS

- No refund for unused tickets except in case of accident or illness (presentation of a medical certificate required).

- Lost tickets cannot be refunded without charge.

- No class lessons will be held on January 1st and during the famous "Lauberhorn race" weekend

- In the event of extraordinary circumstances beyond our control (like for example avalanches or storm) lessons will be cancelled; in these cases our Swiss Ski and Snowboard School will refund 80% of the fee charged for your lesson.

- Subscription for kid's classes are based on the information given by the parents. All Swiss Ski and Snowboard Schools in Switzerland have the same system (Swiss Snow League). This system makes it easier to sign up for the right level. We do not take responsibility for wrong classifications.

- Cancellations for private lessons are necessary until 5.30pm. the day before. For later cancellations the full amount will be charged.

- The Ski and Snowboard School takes no responsibility in case of accidents. For a proper insurance each participant is responsible.
